Shipping Policy

At Triple C Soap, LLC, every order is carefully hand-packed with love and attention to detail. Below you’ll find our shipping policies and timelines so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order with us.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays
  • During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.00
  • Flat-rate shipping of $7.99 for orders totaling $74.99 or less

Shipping rates are calculated before taxes and after discounts are applied.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS and use Pirate Ship to secure reliable shipping rates and tracking services for our customers.

All orders include tracking once shipped.


Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.

We currently do not ship to:

  • International destinations
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii

We may expand shipping locations in the future.


Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most USPS deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and USPS operations.

Please note:

  • Delivery dates are estimates only
  • Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect transit times

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Triple C Soap, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at conniecardone@triplecsoap.com. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships.


Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by USPS, Triple C Soap, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

However, we absolutely understand how frustrating this situation can be and will gladly help you by:

  • providing tracking information,
  • assisting with USPS claims when possible, and
  • helping you contact your local post office for additional delivery details.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property and mailbox areas
  2. Asking neighbors or household members
  3. Contacting your local USPS office directly
  4. Waiting 24–48 hours, as USPS sometimes marks packages delivered before final drop-off

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at conniecardone@triplecsoap.com.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the damaged item(s), and
  • photos of the packaging

We’ll work with you to make things right as quickly as possible.
