When will you ship my order?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 - 10 business days via USPS. Delivery times vary by location.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate $7 on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $59. Exact rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we offer our products to residents within the continental United States only.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Start with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office. Still no luck? Email us at conniecardone@triplecsoap.com and we'll sort it out.

Our Products

Is your soap safe for sensitive skin?

Our soaps are made with nourishing ingredients like fresh goat milk, coconut milk, or aloe vera juice and are free of sulfates, synthetic fragrances, parabens, and phthalates. Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products, but we always recommend checking the ingredient list for known allergies or sensitivities. If you’re unsure where to start, try an unscented bar.

Are your products natural, vegan, or cruelty-free?

Our products are handcrafted with naturally derived ingredients like plant oils, botanicals, clays, milks, and essential oils. Some items are vegan, while others include ingredients like goat milk, tallow, honey, bee pollen, or responsibly sourced RSPO palm oil. We never test on animals, and our products are always cruelty-free. A complete ingredient list is included on each product page so you can shop with confidence.

How long does handmade soap last?

Unopened, our soaps keep well for 12-18 months

Once you start using a bar, it'll last 3-5 weeks with daily use. 

For longest life, let your bar dry out between uses and store it on a draining soap dish.

Why does each bar look a little different?

Every bar is made by hand in small batches, so slight variations in color, swirl pattern, and size are completely normal — and a sign that a real person made your soap. The ingredients and quality are consistent batch to batch.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Email us at coniecardone@triplecsoap.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped we can't make changes to it.

What's your return policy?

Because our products are personal care items, we don't accept returns on opened or used bars. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We stand behind what we make.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us at conniecardone@triplecsoap.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement right away.

About the Business

Where are you located?

We're based in Harrisburg, NC. Our soap is made in our home studio. We don't have a retail storefront, but you can find us at local markets and events — follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop.

Do you sell at local markets or events?

Yes — you can find us at the Mint Hill Market most Saturdays from May - September. We also pop up at local events a few times a year. The best way to catch us in person is to follow along on Instagram or join our email list.

Do you offer wholesale or custom orders?

We don't currently offer wholesale, but we do take custom orders for weddings and events. Contact us to chat about what you have in mind.
